Pre-K/Kindergarten Families:

We are excited to share that we have school supply kits (crayons, markers, notebook, construction paper, play doh, etc), books and a learning binder to distribute to your child. This Wednesday, your classroom teacher will be in the parking lot to safely distribute these supplies to your child and family. We thought this would provide a way for your child and you to meet your teacher. We will ask that everyone follow safety protocols by wearing masks even though we will be outside.

Since your child’s teacher will be distributing supplies, there will be no live instruction on Wednesday. However, your child’s teacher will post videos and Seesaw activities for your child on Wednesday.

Day: Wednesday, September 16th

Distribution hours: 10AM – 1PM and 5:30PM – 7PM

We also have food distribution from 10 – noon. If you have not requested food for food distribution, but would like to reserve food this week to pick up during supply distribution, please call the school by noon on Monday (816.444.1720) or email enrollment@afiakc.org. Each box of food includes 5 breakfasts and 5 lunches.
