Lacy Cunningham | Theater arts teacher

Lacy previously served students in North Kansas City School District and Hickman Mills School District as an ELA and Theatre teacher/director. Prior to joining the team, Lacy worked as a teaching artist and arts administrator for Kansas City Young Audiences and The Coterie Theatre. She is deeply passionate about arts integration and is a participant of the Teaching Artist Development program through the Kennedy Center’s Partners in Education. Lacy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Kansas State University and a Master of Arts in Education from Avila University. In her free time she enjoys writing one-act plays, playing board games with her 8 year old daughter and husband, hanging out with her dogs and reading thrillers.
