Jenessa Daniels | Social worker
Jenessa, as a first generation college student, began her educational pursuit by achieving her Bachelor in Social Work from Evangel University. Soon after, she completed an advanced standing program from UMKC, achieving her Master in Social Work in one year. Mrs. Daniels describes her passion for becoming a school social worker derived from growing up in a low-income single-parent household. Through that experience, she wanted to become a school social worker to be a safe & listening ear for students, inspire students for generational change, and support in building healthy families. For recreation, Mrs. Daniels enjoys going to concerts, traveling, going to church, and binge-watching a TV series or documentary with her husband. She values family, quality time, and a morning cup of coffee.
