Ashley Smith | Pre-K/kindergarten teacher

Ashley received her bachelor’s degree in child development and family studies through Oklahoma Chrisitan University and her masters degree in human behavior from Capella University. Ashley is currently studying Curriculum and Instructional Leadership through the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Ashley has a passion for molding young minds and getting them excited about learning, while also providing them with the necessary tools and skills that will equip them for success. Prior to joining AFIA, Ashley had the opportunity to work at Center School District for 7 years where she worked as a Special Education Paraprofessional and School Behavior Interventionist. During her free time Ashley enjoys spending time with her daughter, family and friends, attending worship service, dancing, shopping and participating in community service projects with her sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
